Return Policy

Before returning faulty goods, you are recommended to contact our Customer Service before returning an item and they will give you some useful advice.If over 80% of cases we are able to sort out the problem instead of asking customers to make returns.


Return
If there are irremediable defects with the goods, you can return or exchange them under our 7 Days Return warranty. Buyers are required to bear items returning shipping cost. Please email your order number, images of the defective product and description to our Customer Service. Our Customer Service Department will offer solutions and important instructions to your requisition as long as the defect has been confirmed. The original order number should be displayed on the outside of the box.Generally we advise you to return faulty goods by Post Office shipment facility rather than couriers like DHL, UPS which may cost much more.

Refund

Dresswhsle offers partial or full refund on most items within 3 days of receiving your goods. The first step in the refunds process is to contact our Customer Service.


Full Refunds
We offer full refund on any items that are found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault. Damage caused because of the fault of the third party or customer’s own fault cannot apply for refund.


Partial Refunds
We also offer partial refund on returned items which have some original parts missing. In such a case, the customer can only get partial refund.
